Where do I Want to live?​

Selecting the perfect neighborhood for you and your family, can be difficult.  Maybe you love where you already live, or you want to be close to family, friends and your workplace.  I can help you decide the perfect town for you, whether it be close to the Metra Train, Parks, and Schools, or if you want to be on a private tree-lined street away from busy streets.  I can help you analyze the town's schools, the park districts, and amentities that you love.
 

What home is best?​

Am I ready to cut grass, clean gutters and blacktop driveways? Homeownership comes with many responsibilities.  Some homes have an association that takes care of all the outdoor maintenance.  I can help you decide the level of responsibility you want, plus help you decide the size home that best fits your family and budget.  You must have a budget before we go out and look.  It is crucial in the negotiating for your dream home.
