Strategic Pricing

I analyze the market constantly to follow the trends for buyers and sellers.  98% of my listings have sold in less than 2 weeks because I have helped my clients price their home competitively, but within the market price.  We receive multiple offers, which gives us the choice of the best buyer. I also make sure that my buyers are not overpaying for their home.

Staging & Photographing

I look at your home from a buyer's point of view.  What makes your home great?  What makes me want to buy your home?  Staging is the first step.  I help create a welcoming, and warm environment, that tells the buyer that this home is perfect for them.  Then, we take professional photos to enhance your home on websites and apps, like and Zillow.


As your agent, my job is to market your home to every buyer in our market.  Your home would be featured on the MLS,, Zillow, Redfin, local newspapers, free Home Buyers magazines, and more.  A For Sale Sign will be strategically placed in your yard.  Agent tours and Open Houses would be scheduled strategically, so we have the most traffic to get you SOLD.
